LCA Fellow Nicole J. Benjamin Elected to Board of Directors of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel

Benjamin, a shareholder of the firm, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC), a prestigious international organization of vetted defense and corporate counsel, and industry executives dedicated to leading the profession.

Benjamin’s election to the Board of Directors reflects her longstanding commitment to the organization and her respected leadership within the legal community. As a member of the FDCC Board, she will help guide the organization’s strategic initiatives, programming, and efforts to advance the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and advocacy throughout the defense bar. The FDCC is an invitation-only organization comprised of distinguished legal professionals from around the world.

At Adler Pollock & Sheehan, Benjamin focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, products liability defense, and appellate law. She has earned a reputation as a skilled trial attorney and trusted advisor, representing clients in a broad range of high stakes matters across the country.

In addition to her legal practice, she is an active leader in numerous professional organizations, having served as President of the Rhode Island Bar Association and as a member of the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents, and is a frequent speaker on emerging legal issues.
